Live music has shaped my life for as long as I can remember.

In 2009, I received my first photo pass to photograph Green Day in Kansas City. What started as a wild dream opportunity quickly became a lifelong passion and ultimately led me to pursue my Bachelors degree in Photography.

Over the past 16+ years, I've photographed everyone from local artists and emerging bands to internationally touring acts including Green Day, Paramore, Ringo Starr, Hozier, Muse, Fall Out Boy, Maroon 5, Kesha, Willie Nelson, Van Halen, and many more.

My work has been recognized internationally, including being shortlisted in NME's Music Photography Awards in 2012, with one of my photos exhibited at the Getty Images Gallery in London. My work can also be seen in the Smithsonian published book, Rock and Roll: Live and Unseen.

What I love most about concert photography is capturing moments that exist for only a fraction of a second. The connection between artist and fans, the energy of a performance, and the emotion that takes live music to a whole new level.

Whether I'm photographing a sold-out amphitheater or an intimate club performance, my goal is always the same, to create photos that make people feel like they were there.
